Simone Suppa interviewed by Digital Gaming

Novusbet Operations Manager, Simone Suppa, has recently been interviewed by Digital Gaming and answered some interesting questions about the company, the services they offer, their global expansion and focus on the Latin America region.

Speaking about Novusbet’s projections for 2022, he explained the full conversion of all apps to the new platform, with a very specific aim:

“A player should have fun on our platform. It's not just about placing the bets, it's about keeping them attracted, their engagement with the site and a warm interaction.”

When asked to highlight Novusbet’s strengths compared to its competitors, Suppa makes it very clear:

“What differentiates us is the experience we have in the industry, because it's not just providing software, but maintaining and supporting your customers. We can provide the expertise and help the operators to be successful by aiding them during the journey. And at the same time, we can give them flexibility, because we have created the software in a modular way, so you can add different modules.”

In reference to the LatAm region, Suppa mentioned it is “one of the best markets at the moment because it's so flexible and exciting”.

“For a Sportsbook provider, working in Latin America is like paradise; an experience that you want to take advantage of. Not in terms of wanting them to play, but to see how attached they are to their own favourite team. When they win, it’s like an explosion. And this is really what sport is about. It's not just placing the bets, and paying the deposit... You want to create excitement, engaging people so they can share their passion with us.”
