Novusbet embraces the 4-day working week

Novusbet, all-in-one provider of sports betting services, has implemented one of the latest Human Resources innovations for its workers: the 4-day working week.

This move follows Virtual Sports leader GoldenRace, company belonging to the same holding, which started the scheme last year.

As of August, workers of the holding’s companies in Turkey - Novusbet, Spinmatic and Xpress Tech - will benefit from an extra day off each week.

Also experiencing the new shorter weeks is Beyn Technology, a company responsible for hiring the staff for the other Turkey-based businesses in the holding.

GoldenRace introduced this employment measure in their offices in Spain and Colombia last October. It was the first company in the holding to do so, increasing employees' productivity while engaging them and improving their work-life balance.

The 4-day work week has been trialled worldwide by companies and public administrations, with some international research demonstrating that an encouraged and trusted workforce results in better productivity, wellness (less stress and burnout) and working environment.
